Seireitei (Court of Pure Souls) (4 sub-boards) The home of Soul Reapers/Shinigami and the aristocracy of Soul Society. The home base of the 13 Court Guard Squads (Gotei 13)
Rukongai The place where the common people of Soul Society live. It is divided up into numbered districts. The highest numbered district is the worst, and people there are mostly like animals, living by their instincts. The lowest numbered holds the most benevolent and kind souls.
